Josh Kaufman - This year we were dragged kicking and screaming into watching the Voice weekly. A good friend went to high school with one of the contestants, and about halfway through the season we started rooting for him. Did it turn into an obsession? Well, we did attend the local viewing party at Blacksburg High School during the final week. We spent more than a few dollars on downloading his Itunes songs to garner him more votes. We also cajoled friends into voting from their phones as you could only vote for one person 10 times per episode. And we may have all spent the night at our friend's house the night they announced the winner at 11pm. Plus, it was a school night! But it was totally worth it as Josh Kaufman was declared the winner of the Voice. I am sure that the neighbors heard the very loud screaming that commenced after the announcement!
At the viewing party at the high school, the Frosty Parrot showed up? I'm not sure why, but here is Amelia eating her cookie with him. She also spent a considerable amount of time chasing him around the halls.
